Step One - Understanding Your Brand: We'll first start with a personal inventory to drum up content for your personal statement. I'll ask you questions about your background, motivations, goals, where the gaps are in your field, why and how you intend to fill them. Step Two - Finding the Right Stories: We'll then pinpoint the right stories to illustrate your candidacy. Then.. WE WRITE! Step Three - Outlining and Organization: I'll give you an outline for your sections according to the prompt and include touchpoints from what we discussed on your stories. From here, the editing will focus on structure and organization, narrative framework, tone, specificity and detail on your qualifications and alignment with your program of choice. Step Four - Polish: Line edits, grammar and typo fixes, and vocabulary and tone suggestions. This package includes 48hr turnaround on all drafts.
